Scripture~
Deuteronomy 25-27, Psalm 92, Acts 16

The Psalm . . . I don’t think he’s really talking about tree’s at the end. One can speak or say the same about people. But man oh man can I say how much I love Paul & Silas! ha ha There they are, in the deepest darkest part of the prison; they’ve been beaten and tossed in with criminals . . . and still they sit singing Hymns to the Lord! What an awesome testimony. It’s easy for us to give thanks to God during the easy times . . . but what about the hard times? What about the times when we’re unemployed and don’t know where the next meal is going to come from? What about the times when our friends turn their backs on us . . . do we simply plead for God’s help, or do we praise Him for His glory? I think this is a constant self-evaluation process that we all must do daily. No matter what the circumstance, we should be praising the Lord.
